Today, in an age of advanced technology, aggressive business, and the all-conquering triumph of Silicon Valley, the word “workshop” sounds almost like archaism. At best, as historicism, associated with something like the Middle Ages, "guild guild", etc. Nevertheless, there is a whole area in modern life, where this word is used everywhere and completely freely. This is architecture. "Workshop" - this is how architects call their offices, and nothing else. When creating such an interior, two semantic accents are important. First, the semantics of the word "workshop" itself and the associative array it causes. The second (and most importantly) is that the working studio is a material model of the architect’s creative potential. That is why interiors, created by architects for themselves, are born quickly and easily. And most fully accommodate the creative thought of the owner. The style of the design studio Nina Prudnikova, which, in our opinion, best corresponds to the very concept of "workshop" was just as easily developed. So, at first there was fatigue. "Halogen tired, glass and metal - all the more", - the architect admits. Therefore, the main material in the design was a tree. Then there was the character. “The interior of my workshop does not carry a deep background, it just reflects my character, vividly demonstrating what I love,” says Prudnikova. Dark wood, heavy floors, beams, wooden blinds, light walls and the floor, lined with beige rough tiles, create a feeling of a special, "home" exclusive - really a workshop where things are born in the singular. The architect, in a sense, is also a psychologist, so the workshop is also a reception room for guest clients, where every visitor should feel at home. A special role in creating this mood "at home" is played by details so beloved by Nina Nikolaevna. In the interior of the workshop there is not a single random detail. An old camera, a portrait of a naked lady, copper teapots, an African sculpture of a "thinker", wrapped in a tartan, a figurine of a white elephant and much more - all these dissimilar things are selected in such a way that they harmonize perfectly with each other. Books on the floor, a plaid instead of a tablecloth, leaning against the walls of the picture - an artistic mess that seems so natural, in fact - a virtuoso stylistic game. "Could you play a Nocturne?" The unique spirit of creativity, the style of free artists competes here with home comfort and, alternately appearing to you, causes only one single desire: to make yourself the same interior, where everyone will see as many meanings as they wish.
