The owner of the yacht Primadonna, Harry Primm, who recently owned a casino network in Las Vegas, considers himself a man of extremely pedantic and picky. He states: "Every time I climb aboard my ship, I look for flaws, but I don’t find them." Shipbuilders from CHRISTENSEN SHIPYARDS agree with him. Primadonna has become, on the one hand, one of the most complex projects of the company, but on the other hand, it has certainly adorned a flotilla of ships built by this shipyard. With the choice of the shipbuilding company, the Primm family, most likely, had no problems. CHRISTENSEN SHIPYARDS is probably the most famous shipyard in the United States, specializing in the construction of luxury ocean yachts from 115 to 157 feet long. It was harder to find a designer who could satisfy the capricious tastes of the kings of gambling. Paola Smith herself did not expect that the decision to conclude a contract would be made so quickly. "They asked the boat to be very spectacular," says Smith. She outlined her thoughts. Returning from the meeting, halfway home, Primm asked his wife what she thought about this, and she categorically stated that she was only willing to entrust the work to Smith. The designer quickly realized what customers want: a luxurious ocean Las Vegas shining with gold, mirrors and marble. Marble, by the way, it took a lot. More than ten varieties used in the decoration of almost all the rooms of the yacht. According to Yo Foggia, president of CHRISTENSEN, all the horizontal surfaces of the vessel (except the cabins for the crew) are decorated with marble, granite and onyx. Complicated glass mosaics and inlays of stone were made to order. In general, Mr. Primm really appreciates custom work, so it can be said without exaggeration that on his ship almost everything is unique. Especially a lot had to work on creating a unique dance floor. Customers certainly wanted the site to be illuminated, shining from under the floor. Neither stone nor mirror glass was suitable, and then the engineers came up with a special onyx coating with luminous fiber cables embedded in it. The signs of the zodiac of all members of the Primm family sparkled on the ceiling. Acoustics were also installed to match the somewhat redundant decor. When the music turns on at full capacity, the yacht starts to swing. However, built Primadonna still not for dancing. Spectacular, almost theatrical appearance perfectly combined with driving performance. This is an excellent ocean vessel suitable for serious and long voyages. In the cruise plans of the yacht - trips along the coasts of both Americas, across the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, and from there to the shores of Australia. And one of the main goals of these trips is fishing. Mr. Primm is a big fan of this case. Especially for him was developed a special fishing chair, mounted on the stern of the ship. And in the galley there is a two-tier freezer for fish. Despite the extravagant interior trim, the device of the yacht is quite traditional for a vessel of this type. On the upper deck are the control post and bar, on the main - the owners' apartments and a large lounge. By the way, in the master's chambers an original shower cabin is installed, divided into two compartments by a transparent partition, inside of which a waterfall begins as soon as you open the tap. On the lower deck there is another large living room and four guest cabins, not inferior in luxury to the most luxurious hotel in Las Vegas.
