The logic is this: a person comes home, and he has several important things to choose from: watch a movie, go to work, eat, or just go to bed. The layout of this studio apartment fits perfectly with this logic: the hallway flows smoothly into the living room with a home cinema, then you can roll either into the kitchen or into the study, through which, by the way, you can get into the bedroom. It will seem to someone that there is nothing special here - the majority of modern apartments are built this way. But ... For example, this apartment had to be significantly reworked to make the logic of the interior really logical. There was not just a redevelopment, but literally a change of format. Before the reconstruction, the current studio was a standard modern apartment with improved planning: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Redevelopment was carried out taking into account the fact that one person will live in the house. It was decided to remove most of the internal walls, only the utility rooms and partly the master’s bedroom remained closed (the sliding translucent doors make it possible to combine it with the rest of the house). The owner's lifestyle does not mean holding noisy crowded parties, but for the reception of a few guests in the interior created the ideal conditions - a spacious corner sofa in the living room, which passes into the dining room-kitchen. The decision of the working space of the apartment is connected with the lifestyle of the host. The office is also a continuation of the open living room, only a low partition separates it from the TV-zone. The decor of the apartment is laconic, but the space is organized so compactly that no harsh minimalist voids arise. The lack of decor and "thousands of little things" is not perceived as a lack of something - everything is already in place. The author managed to make the interior self-sufficient. At least in the eyes of a bachelor man. Tatyana Staschuk: "This is a typical bachelor apartment. Open space, from the interior - only necessary, no extra accessories. This studio apartment is a comfortable dwelling for one or two people, designed in the European manner."
