“The owner of the apartments is an American; he is used to working according to the correct scheme, immediately connecting the architect. Therefore, all the processes were initially concentrated in the same hands: construction, the solution of engineering issues, redevelopment, ”says project author Yegor Serov.

The standard layout of the apartment was changed and agreed upon at the construction stage. The area of ​​the public zone was reduced, due to which it was possible to equip not two, but three bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were placed in a single space with the most spectacular view of the city. The panorama of Moscow, which opens from the 46th floor of the skyscraper, became the determining factor in the interior design, its dominant.
