On the third floor of the Radisson Royal Hotel, Moscow (“Ukraine”), the Iranian restaurant Farsi has recently opened

Handmade Persian carpets, Murano glass, gold leaf, olive parquet, carved ceiling lamps, furniture with mother-of-pearl inlay, made in the family factories of Iran and Syria, paintings by Iranian artists on the plots of Persian tales - here every detail deserves a separate attention. The authors of the project specially traveled to Iran and Syria to experience the culture of the East. From the signature Iranian dishes, chef Farsi recommends lamb kebab stuffed with sweet pepper and chicken, mixes of four varieties of cherry-rice with cherry, barberry, beans and orange zest and a shashlik of beaten veal with baked tomato.
