This year, Treca Interiors Paris is celebrating its 80th anniversary. Since 1935, the factory produces mattresses and bedding of the highest quality.

About 100 years ago, TRECA was a factory where special alloy wire was used, which was used in aircraft construction. This alloy has long been patented and is kept in the strictest confidence. And although today there is no need to produce springs for mattresses of such high quality, in TRECA INTERIORS PARIS they decided that they would continue to make springs from this wire and not lose quality. Therefore, all the spring mechanisms created by craftsmen in the factory (and this is one of the most important parts of the mattress) are durable. By the way, each spring is packaged in a separate bag — this is called “independent springs”, which give the effect of a pinpoint body support.

All other stages of production are also TRECA INTERIORS PARIS know-how. For example, “inner stitch”. This operation (also protected by a patent) is performed manually. Only high-class craftsmen are trusted with this stage, since it is necessary to flash and hold all layers, which will later save the mattress from deformation. "Fillings" is now a great many. The main components that are used in the manufacture of mattresses are cotton, wool, phytobiography (wool treated with plant extracts with antibacterial and antifungal properties), natural silk, Inceau (natural fiber based on maize), sissel (natural hypoallergenic and antibacterial fiber, synthesized seaweed), cashmere and flax.

When creating a collection in a factory, a new model is always thoroughly tested. Sometimes wizards make four to five “precursor mattresses” before the final “test drive” is completed. The factory attaches a special card (certificate) to each mattress with a detailed description of all stages of production and the materials used. And one more important fact for our time: all products of TRECA INTERIORS PARIS are made only in France.
