Moscow architect and designer Andrei Tsygankova now quite often can be seen in St. Petersburg. Many pretentious (in a good sense of the word) restaurants of the city are made by him. New Tiffany’s Café is not just luxurious, but very luxurious. Two halls are separated by stylized columns. Fourteen Murano-glass chandeliers hang in the main hall.
