The Italian restaurant "IL Patio" has recently opened in the historical center of Yekaterinburg (8 Marta Street, 8d, Mytny Dvor shopping center). A network of restaurants with this name has become almost native for Russians. That's just in different cities they all look different. The secret is simple: every patio reproduces the atmosphere of Venice, Florence, Milan or Rome. Romanesque windows, Doric columns, a panel depicting a sculpture from the facade of the Cathedral of St. Peter, speak of the affiliation of this "IL Patio" to Rome. A large oven with live fire, in which all sorts of pizzas are baked, is perhaps the only element that is repeated in every Italian Patio.
