Architects Arseny Borisenko and Petr Zaitsev design mainly houses and apartments. The new office of Inter RAO UES (12 Krasnopresnenskaya Emb.) Is their first public interior. “The working areas,” says Arseny Borisenko, “we have made quite simple. The main spaces that are worth paying attention to are reception, a corridor and vip-rooms for negotiations.” In any office, the corridor system is inevitable. Another thing is how to build this space in a straight line. Here corridor niches are illuminated with fluorescent lamps, which creates the effect of infinite white space. Orange long reception desk on the general background is the main color spot in the whole interior.
