Even with a cursory examination of this house, it immediately catches the eye that it is solved mainly in black and white colors. The idea of such design put forward customers, and the architects logically substantiated it and brought to life

Using this color pair, the authors drew an invisible border between personal and public space. The premises of the guest zone are mainly in white, black dominates in the private. But the resulting dichromatic environment was also diluted with a number of “character” objects, which the owners liked very much and would certainly appear in the house. The most notable of them is the BCELLINI gold floor clock, standing in the hallway. They give a functional interior a light decorative shade. In general, the design of the whole house is built on a combination of constructivism, dictated by the structure of the building, and decorative, originating from such things as this clock, elaborate furniture and luxurious chandeliers. The living room, for example, is framed in an expressively constructivist spirit. However, thanks to the many author's candlesticks and metal accessories, it was possible to create an atmosphere of discreet, but immediately noticeable chic. A decorative approach is most clearly seen in the design of the so-called glamorous room. In the photos you can recognize her by the mirror walls and unusual fashion-furniture. The room is narrow, long, on the one hand - the bearing wall, on the other - the windows. This design did not imply a logical functional solution, but the architects managed to make a very beautiful and memorable place from this room. It has no obvious purpose, but it is perfect for meeting with guests or relaxing. Moreover, from the windows of the room offers a peaceful view of the courtyard with old spruces and pines. By the way, the house as a whole is very organically entered into the natural context. Its connection to the external environment is maintained by an exploitable roof, on which a teak floor is laid, a lawn is laid, and outdoor furniture is installed. In the summer you can hold parties, cocktails.

Dmitry Sokolov: “The interior of the house combines a constructivist approach to design and a decorative one, which originates from a few, but very spectacular objects acquired by customers. Thanks to them, we filled this rationally arranged space with emotions, added glamor "
