In the "holiday" village near Frankfurt am Main architects Nina Prudnikova and Peter Kozeikin built for the Russian family house in the classical style

Современный облandк города формandруют гandгантскandе небоскребы (к слову, здесь находandтся одandн andз самых высокandх небоскребов Западной Европы), его andногда еще называют немецкandм Чandкаго. Недаром Франкфурт-на-Майне стал крупнейшandм фandнансовым and экономandческandм центром Германandand: ежегодно тут проходят промышленные выставкand, знаменandтые международный автосалон and кнandжная ярмарка. Однако стоandт выехать за его пределы - and взору откроется мandлая патрandархальная провandнцandя. Крошечные ухоженные домandкand, утопающandе в зеленand, маленькandе улочкand and жandвопandсные окрестностand. В одном andз такandх поселков русская семья - муж and жена - прandобрелand участок, чтобы построandть на нем что-то вроде загородной резandденцandand, где онand могут останавлandваться во время поездок в Германandю. Строandтельство and декорandрованandе дома онand доверandлand московскandм архandтекторам Nina Prudnikova and Петру Козейкandну.

The owners have simply outlined the task: a classic, no-frills, solid and functional home. Since their Moscow apartment in the classical style was in dark colors, they wanted to see the new interior in a light color scheme. "The architecture of the building was largely due to the site and the restrictions that exist in Germany on country houses," says Nina Prudnikova. - The standards are there for everything: the location of the house relative to its neighbors, the fence, garbage cans, and even the height of the ceilings. Therefore, to do something interesting in plastic was simply impossible. But we still tried to give the building a more complex shape and get something like a patio, framed by wide terraces. In addition, a special permit was required for a house of over 500 square meters. Therefore, we fit into 499 square meters! This, of course, very little, but what to do. The main representative and private rooms were placed on the first and second floors, and the gymnasium, sauna with hydromassage bath, rooms for rest and servants were “lowered” to the ground floor (which is not taken into account). Due to the fact that they slightly reduced the height of the second floor, they managed to raise the ceilings on the first floor by 3.6 meters. "

The color gamut consisted of light natural shades. The wide windows that open into the flowered garden give charm and ease to the interior. As tells Nina Prudnikova, large glazing planes are generally a rarity for these places. Thanks to them and the natural wood in the decoration of the house stands out from the rest of the buildings. In addition, the rich green colors of the garden perfectly complement the creamy range and make the interior even more comfortable and vibrant.

Nina Prudnikova: "This house turned out to be good and humane in every sense. We paid the main attention to functionality, since the decoration was planned to be moderate, if not minimal. I picked up all the paintings and accessories on the spot, it gave me great pleasure. gizmos that have taken a worthy place in the interior "
