The complex consists of three buildings and detached cottages. The rooms in the buildings are designed for several people, with children it is most convenient to stay in the Family Suite (includes a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall and a terrace). Two-storey cottages are designed for large companies. The interiors of the cottages are decorated in the style of a chalet, the rooms — in the spirit of European classics. The author's solutions of the hall, reception and ceremonial conference halls belong to the Spanish company CANELLA. Masters of the factory, skilled woodcarvers, created complex compositions with boiserie and twisted columns, as in a medieval palace. The infrastructure of the complex is top notch. Restaurants are scattered on the buildings. Everyone specializes in something else: Continental Restaurant — in Italian cuisine, “Hunter's Hall” —in traditional Russian dishes. There is a restaurant with a seasonal menu, a steakhouse, a sushi bar, and a Viennese cafe.
