Hayk Vardanyan lives in St. Petersburg. Born in the city of Sevan, in Armenia. He studied at art school, especially loved the graphics. On the advice of the teacher decided to study architecture. "It was important to do so as not to let down the grandfathers who were proud of their grandson," explains the architect. He graduated from the institute in 1996. Currently, Ike has 207 (!) And still values ​​the opinion of close relatives "My apartment is located in a renovated house in the center of St. Petersburg. I needed a studio apartment not far from the office, and I chose this one. In addition, it was relatively inexpensive. The total area of ​​the apartment is 32 square meters. But I did everything to make it feel at least 50. In addition to the entrance area, the space includes three main rooms: a combined bathroom, a living room that turns into a bedroom, and a kitchen-dining room. P reorganization, and furniture - to fit in up to a centimeter. Picked up such a plasma panel so that it could take a place on the wall above the synthesizer. and visually. For example, I abandoned the central heating radiators in favor of heated floors. So the whole house is heated only by the floors. They are tiled - pleasant material: cool in summer and warm in winter. I also used optical effects: a large mirror greets visitors in an oblique doorway (at the entrance to the kitchen). Oblique lines generally make the space "play", thereby promoting its expansion on the sensual-emotional level. Usually from the hall you get into the living room, but I moved away from the traditional layout and did not hesitate immediately to "turn up" in the kitchen. It is convenient to come home from work and have dinner first thing. The refrigerator from the living room is not visible, it is hidden behind the wall. The black color in my apartment only shades the main color of the walls and ceilings - white. As you know, it adds volume and air to any room ... Imagine that this cozy interior with glamorous furniture is actually the result of solving a problem with harsh conditions. The task is completed - I am quite comfortable here. "
