This apartment is located on the 64th floor of the “Moscow” tower of one of the most prestigious residential complexes - the “City of Capital”. Its interior was created with a specific task — to show how living space can look like in a luxury high-rise.

Maria Silver: “The style of the apartment can be defined as intellectual glamor. This is a classic interior solution from VISIONNAIRE, individual and unique down to the smallest details. ”

The interior of the penthouse, located in one of the towers of the business center "Moscow-City", reveals the concept of "interior from a single brand." Residential apartments entirely recreated by VISIONNAIRE in accordance with the principle of the brand "house as a whole". The concept of home philosophy makes it possible to carry out the architect’s plan to the fullest: in the brand's lineup, not only furniture, lamps, but also various finishes, allowing to design any functional areas in a single key. “Integrity is very important for the interior,” Maria Silver, one of the authors of the project, notes. —Also, the luxurious, elegant furnishings ideally correlate with the premium-class building. Customers who want to buy or have already purchased a house here, it is difficult to imagine an interior that could coexist on equal terms with panoramic views — they are so impressive and attract attention. It is easier to assess the merits and attractiveness of living in the third tallest building in Europe if people see a ready-made solution in person. We sought to create a respectable space, understandable to customers of a certain level. That is why we chose not modern aesthetics, but a more universal, in our opinion, refined cosmopolitan style. ”

In the interior, the furniture is solo made in Italy, bright and extravagant. The rest of the environment only emphasizes its catchy, creative design. It was not for nothing that architects used warm, neutral tones for decoration, while adding a bit of dramatic contrast in the private part of the apartment. Of the two bedrooms, one is a delicate and spiritualized space — a real terra female, and the second one is more courageous in spirit, interspersed with black. The parade area consists of a living room and a dining room, smoothly flowing and complementing each other with a combination of vanilla-coffee finishes and upholstered furniture covered with velvet in the color of dark chocolate. Special accents — great lamps from VISIONNAIRE — add value and help to present the space effectively.
