Life itself suggests such a decision: tired of living in Moscow, people move to the Moscow region, and then come to the decision that an apartment in the city is still needed. Katerina Lashmanova’s customers had a house on Rublevka, and in addition to the main housing they bought this apartment, intending to use it for short-term stops in Moscow. “We needed a comfortable apartment with a well-thought-out layout, comfortable in all respects,” says the author of the project. “As for the style, the modern classics most of all impressed the customers. This direction that is in demand today is close to me: it assumes greater freedom of expression, allows you to work with a whole range of styles and create emphasized individual spaces. ”

Such a harmonious respectable interior, according to Katerina, was formed as a result of close cooperation between the architect and the hostess. A large joint path, the path of interactions and interactions, enriched both. Life made its own adjustments to the project: customers were not satisfied with the delivery time of furniture and accessories, and it was decided to buy what is available in salons. So here appeared the French sofas and chairs of soft forms, classical chandeliers with crystal pendants. Now, in its final version, the interior is different from what it was initially seen: it is softer, it has more cozy details.

The color palette is based on a combination of shades of gray with gray-blue, violet, turquoise, milky-white. Black accents enliven the situation. “To use gray as a base,” says the architect. “It can be supplemented with any bright color, say golden yellow or wine – red, everything depends on the preferences of the owners”. But this interior is not just the alter ego of the hosts. The distinctive authorial techniques are also recognizable here: high stucco moldings and rosettes, windows to the floor, a fireplace as the center of the parade space, and symmetry as one of the main principles of interior design.

After a busy day with work and events, it’s also a pleasure to be in such a restrained, calm, friendly and understandable interior. ” For these reasons, the architect tried to bring to the clear rectangular shapes of the room of this apartment, located in the tower and resembling a piece of cake in the plan. According to the architect, planning is the main thing, no matter how “decorative” the object may seem.
