Francois Vatel is a famous figure in the history of French cuisine. He is credited with romance novels, books, instructions and, of course, recipes that he invented back in the XVII century, being a cook at the court of Louis XIV. At the beginning of our century in Moscow, his legendary name was the name of a banquet ship that runs along the Moscow River. There were no such ships in Russia yet. “Everything had to be studied and designed from scratch,” says architect Anastasia Topoeva. “We thought through every design so that it could withstand dynamic loads.” RUBELLI ceilings, iGUZZINI lamps, mahogany decking balaus, oak panels inlaid with natural amber, oak panels in the VIP-hall, the walls covered with wild silk Madras, all interior and exterior of Vatel allow you to direct almost any celebration for high society.
