Gastronomica fish is the first project of the future chain of gastronomic boutiques with high cuisine. “Fish” theme in this restaurant can be traced almost everywhere. But not directly, but only in details - in textured plaster in the form of waves, in the bluish glass of the bar, in textiles, in posters with images of boats and yachts ... In the main hall the central part is occupied by a 10-meter bar with an open display for fish and seafood. Benjamin Franklin, Galileo Galilei, Cervantes and Einstein put on a gastronomic theme on a glass facade. I must say that fish in this new restaurant is cooked in all possible ways - on charcoal, in a frying pan, in an oven, on a grill, in salt, in olive oil, in a pair of wine and in a “cardio” way (in parchment).
