With reference to this interior, it is difficult to choose purely architectural terms. It is more about geology and tectonics: the apartment grows before your eyes like a rock. The status of the upper floor in a high-rise building only enhances this impression: you can see the sky through the windows, which makes an important contribution to the mechanism of perception of the world The location of the apartment at a considerable height served as the starting point for creating the image. The feeling that the sky is very close, has brought to life a whole host of bright associations. One of them was embodied most visibly: loose sand, which the mountains inevitably turn into, dictates its will to space, causing the walls to smoothly bend and take whimsical forms. However, despite the dynamism and expression of the interior, the authors' desire to give it the appearance of a reliable refuge that can withstand outside pressure is clearly readable. Difficult plastics of walls - only the answer of internal space to visual invasion of external. When looking at this interior it is not difficult to imagine its owners. These are young, energetic people, leading not active, but a super-active lifestyle. Their main hobbies are alpine skiing, tourism and extreme relaxation, which means the constant development of new spaces and the acquisition of fresh emotions. They imagined their own apartment the same as themselves: dynamic, expressive, reliable and at the same time capable of quickly reincarnating. It is surprising that the very first sketch was adopted as a point of reference, but the details were refined in the process of further joint work of architects and owners. In this case, they were not opponents, as is often the case, but equal co-authors. Moreover, to achieve such an understanding, it would not be enough just to have a long conversation in the office. According to the figurative expression of Ingmar Vitvitsky, joint "burning through life" turned out to be a more effective way of collective creativity. Admittedly, the principle of "flowing space" fits this apartment like no other. And it is natural. The plastic interior solution is based more on the principles of landscape architecture. Natural ergonomics do not accept strict parallels and right angles. And yet, behind the seeming irrationality of the artistic decision, impeccable calculation and heightened intuition are revealed. For almost "wax" plasticity of the interior hides its constructive, mechanistic "inside", allowing it to function like a living organism. Despite the fact that most of the apartment is occupied by an open plan living room, extending upwards to as many as three floors, there are many chamber spaces that allow each family member to retire. The main architectural characteristic - organic - determines the holistic perception of the apartment, regardless of where in the space the viewer is located. Here there is a hard rationalism, and soft natural plastic. Is this not the embodiment of the dream of an earthly paradise?Ingmar Vitvitsky: "This is a flat of bright individualists who are free from dogma and are ready to experiment, even if the wishes of customers disagree with the generally accepted opinion. As far as bright and unusual people, so bright and unusual interior turned out ..."
