The jury evaluated the projects in four categories: design solution, engineering solution, financial success and marketing strategy. The most successful commercial project in the category "Small Shopping Center" experts was named the design center Dream House, on 13000 sq. m. meters of which are located boutiques of leading furniture companies and salons of decorative items and accessories.
