Now the circle of Nana's customers consists of those who completely trust her. Literally give the keys and say: do as you like. And she does.Nana Getsashvili: If you ask, on what principles I combine items, I can hardly explain it to you. I create an interior by color, by light, by sensations. Work at the level of intuition.SALON: Well, we do not ask this question. But still tell us about the main task that you set for yourself in the work on this project? - The task was simple: inside make this house more presentable, more elegant than it is outside. I would even say less rustic.S: And how did you solve this problem? - This house is very small, so it was not enough just to furnish it. It was necessary to pick up such furniture that would look massive (to divert attention from cladding walls and focus it on the solidity of objects), but at the same time so that it was small in size (in order not to overload the house). That is, it was a question not only of style, but also of the co-scale of objects in a house. It helped that the ceilings are high. We did not try to somehow reduce them. On the contrary, they were emphasized with huge curtains, chandeliers hanging from the ceiling on large chains, high doors. In some rooms, the ceilings are three times the length of the room. In such a situation requires a completely different approach to the decor. More attention should be paid not to the horizontal, but to the vertical, to play not by the width and depth, but by the height. In general, working on this interior in conditions where nothing can be moved or rebuilt was an exciting puzzle for me. I have a theory that there is no bad room, that from any source material you can make a beautiful interior. I think the house turned out very comfortable. Nana Getsashvili: "I was invited to an already finished house. Nothing could be touched: neither the walls, nor the floor, nor the ceiling. Even the wall paneling - the wall paneling - had to be left. To make the interior warm and cozy, I focused my attention on the decor, beige-maroon gamma. "
