Once there was a beautiful villa that belonged to Cardinal Ludovico Ludovisi. He passionately loved art and built this mansion specifically to accommodate his vast collection of rarities. The owners of the Jumeirah Grand Hotel Via Veneto, now occupying this place, have revived the tradition of gathering. The interior is furnished with furniture in the spirit of Jacques – Emile Ruhlmann, the most expensive designer of the 1920s in the modern art market, and decorated with lithographs and paintings by Miro, Dali, Picasso, De Chirico. The best room, the Royal Suite, includes several rooms, including a separate tea room, and from its open-air terrace, which has a hot tub, offer breathtaking views of the city (the hotel stands on Via Veneto, right in the center). You can have breakfast in the Time Restaurant (in the afternoon it works like a wine bar), and dine in the Magnolia gourmet restaurant. In summer, cocktail parties with oysters are organized on the roof of the hotel, in the Sky Bar. Special attention should be paid to the AQVA spa center, which specializes in procedures using cosmetics by the Roman brand Bvlgari itself.
