The image created by Galina Mizgireva and Victoria Yavkina has two stylistic sources. The design of the apartment is dominated by forms of Art Deco, slightly diluted with baroque elements. The decor - stripes of zebra, leopard spots, pictures of blossoming flowers, inspired by the works of Roberto Cavalli In the living room, dark brown walls, contrasting with the milky white color of the floor and suspended ceiling tiles, are almost devoid of decor. Spectacular interior decorations are especially notable for their background: a fantasy lamp crowned with a cascade of glass splashes, baroque red armchairs with oval backs, golden curtains, and finally, the decorative dominant of space is the only free-standing support. This rectangular pylon with a capitol expanding upwards (a form borrowed from the ar deco arsenal) looks quite extravagant. Its surface is covered with paintings (striped zebra, spotted and floral ornaments), inspired by the motifs of fabrics and accessories from Roberto Cavalli. Such aesthetic support, as if it had forgotten about its functional purpose and turned into a real artillery object, is in almost every room. In the bedroom, this is no longer a pylon, but an elegant classical column covered with a spotted leopard pattern. In the children's bathroom there are wall pylons with a sea pattern of small colored pebbles ... Another decorative leitmotif of the apartment is a mirror. In the living room, the mirror façade of the cabinet with an engraved pattern on glass (designed by the authors of the project) reflects the beautiful Jurmala landscape outside the window opposite, which also becomes part of the interior. But especially interesting is the system of mirrors that are built into the niche between the master bathroom and the kitchen. “Initially, a corridor was in the place of the kitchen,” says one of the project’s authors, Galina Mizgireva. “The doorway between this corridor turned into a kitchen-dining room and bathroom was not needed. In this opening, a system of mirrors. A special mechanism turns the mirror, changing the angle of reflection, so the landscape, which is visible from the kitchen window, can be enjoyed and taking a bath. "Victoria Yavkina: “It was very interesting to work on this object. The customer actively discussed all the new ideas, responded vividly to the most insane proposals. The result was an unusual interior, which reflected the inner world of an extremely exceptional person.”
