Exotic ... Other countries and continents, other customs, another life. Simple-looking furniture, while fantastically comfortable, strange objects of unclear purpose, “chopped” sculptures - either idols, or portraits ... What, in fact, happens to an ordinary urban interior, when wooden masks appear in it or fabrics with bright ethnic patterns? Why do they seem to breathe hot breath of African deserts and spicy flavors of Asia? The answer is obvious: behind the outward simplicity of the forms and lines there is a magical force that cannot but be felt. This power can change the very essence of the space in which they find themselves. And if it is true that a house influences a person, then for “exotic” interiors this is doubly true. Such spaces bear the mystical imprint of other cultures and traditions. In them lives a different view of the world, unfortunately, almost lost by the inhabitants of megalopolises - open, direct and admired ...As you know, exotic objects are associated primarily with images of distant countries, travel and adventure, so they at least bring a romantic tint to the atmosphere of the house, and as a maximum - they set the tone for the whole interior. In a modern house, the exotic can be represented very widely - from small details to entirely stylized to a certain "exotic" tradition of interiors. At the same time, the geography of such traditions is extremely extensive: strictly speaking, almost all non-European cultures belong to exotic. So today the main problem for fans of interior exotic is the problem of choice. In order for a characteristic exotic “fleur” to arise in the house, a few non-ordinary things are often enough. The easiest, but very effective way to give the interior a touch of exoticism is to complement it with appropriate accessories. Expressive African masks, funny figures of people and animals, kitchen utensils and handmade dishes - all this finds its place in the living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. Such things often become objects of collectibles, and home exposure has long been turned into a spectacular decorative technique. Creating your own mini-museum is easy: as practice shows, it fits easily into any interiors. A more radical technique is the use of "exotic" furnishings. Naturally, such furniture requires a well thought out decorative solution of the entire space, which will largely depend on the material from which it is made. For example, sofas, armchairs and tables made of bamboo or rattan are also strongly associated with the style of the "colonial" interiors of Asia and Africa, like objects from the now popular wenge tree - with Japanese-style designs, and carved furniture with characteristic painted ornaments - with Indian motifs . As a rule, such furniture is used in living rooms, in areas of contemplation and leisurely conversation for relaxation or on terraces - in short, wherever it is necessary to create an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. On the merits of natural materials, it seems, to talk too much - they are well known. We only note that wood, decorative stone, natural fabrics are still a sign of one of the most current trends in interior design. In addition, the house can be fully decorated in a single "exotic" style. Generally speaking, for this can be used as antiques, and modern - it all depends on personal preference. However, "exotic" can be not only objects, but also colors. Saturated colors - shades of ocher, red, yellow, blue - as well as topical lilac and purple colors, are especially effective in combination with the enchanting colors of living tropical plants. Fantastic shapes and intoxicating smells. Earthly paradise Exotic ...
