The apartment of 380 square meters is located in one of the picturesque areas of St. Petersburg, from its windows there is a beautiful panorama of the Central Nevka and its environs. Impressive by urban standards, the space needed to be zoned based on the needs of the family (a spacious public area, separate utility rooms and a separate private area were needed) and the characteristics of the existing layout of the two apartments combined into one. As the main line, the authors of the project chose the concept of a loft and a natural, ecological theme, which manifests itself not only in the choice of natural materials, but also in the overall design decision.
