The apartment in Miami Beach, in which Zaha Hadid spent the last days, was sold for $ 5.75 million by the Sotheby’s Realtors International Realty Sports and Entertainment Division. In 2017, the property was exhibited for $ 10 million. Furniture and furnishings were offered separately.

The residence, one of the best in a condominium, overlooks the southeast beach, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, four bathrooms and has a wide open plan. Additionally there is a separate guest apartment with one bedroom, also facing south-east. The main apartment originally had a two-floor plan, which Zaha Hadid transformed into a grand residence with a luxurious living room and terraces for guests.
The buyer was Ray Bassiouni, head of ATI systems, a devoted fan of Zahi Hadid.
