Garsonerka, an area of ​​46 square meters. m, located on Kowloon Island in Hong Kong. The client dreamed that the apartment reflected his extraordinary character - the architects succeeded.

The limited area has successfully combined with the customer's lifestyle: the dining room flows into the living room, and that, in turn, continues with a spacious balcony on which the landlord organizes parties.

From walls to accessories, the palette is built on contrasts of colors and textures. The authors were not cautious, experimented with combinations of bright colors, which benefited the small apartment, revived it. Red, yellow, blue, green coexist in harmony. But the furniture, on the contrary, is simple, demonstrates clean lines. Items made of cold metal coexist with warm textile upholstery, creating a pleasant feeling of layering. Mirror surfaces of cabinets and tables multiply light and push space.

Lim + Lu - Vincent Lim and Elaine Lou - creative and matrimonial duet, young handsome cosmopolitan architects. They were born and raised in the East, studied and worked in the West. Balanced combine the achievements of the two cultures. Recently settled in Hong Kong. They work in Hong Kong, New York, Copenhagen.
