Lim + Lu - Vincent Lim and Elaine Lou - creative and matrimonial duet, young handsome cosmopolitan architects. Vincent and Elaine have combined their own housing with a showroom: they are accepting customers here, presenting their own design and winning interior techniques.

Apartment area of 140 square meters. m is located next to Happy Valley - the oldest and most famous racetrack in Hong Kong. The architects created a mobile living space in the spirit of the times. The existing walls were partially removed, partially replaced by sliding partitions of glass and steel, so that natural light penetrates into the very depths of the apartment.
In the bathroom, the authors combined juicy emerald color and ornamental tiles. Despite the fact that the authors sought to spatial continuity of the loft, they did not succumb to the temptation to embark on an industrial chic, but preferred a fresh, light interior, rich in color and ornament. Simplicity is combined with sophistication.
The bedroom is obviously influenced by the East.

The kitchen is solved in monochrome. Ornamental tiles and polished brass - bright accents. 
The walls in the living room and bedroom are painted white and complemented with black. The kitchen, study, dressing room and bedroom are decorated in pastel colors, which are combined with shades of emerald and sapphire. Ornamental tile - a spectacular accent. The architects added furniture to their design with the iconic models of Le Corbusier, Charles and Ray Eames.
Residence Happy Valley combines residential apartments and show room Lim + Lu. Pastel colors harmoniously coexist with bright.
