Matthew Grzhivinski and Amador Ponce say that they focused on those between 20 and 30 who travel a lot and work away from home. For whom the concept of "home" is in principle blurred. “We live in a world where borders are erased,” the designers explain. “You can come from anywhere and settle anywhere on the planet.” Something in life will change, and here you are again in a new place. ”

London accumulates creative and scientific intellectuals from around the world. And hotels such as Leman Locke should be the new hotel “subspecies.” The hotel is designed for 168 rooms and is already functioning. Now designers are finalizing the restaurant. The interior, dim and low-key, is built on a combination of tactile textures: concrete, natural wood, accessories made of wool, and pastel colors. Pale pink and pale blue colors dominate the design of rooms and public spaces. To save space, most of the furniture Grzywinski + Pons designed themselves, based on the parameters of each specific room. These are mostly compact and built-in items, but not transformers, in order to save guests from the need to make any effort.
