The relationship between Google and the agency Lee Edelkort is called long-term: its forecasts are heeded, and personal choice of names for collaborations is considered absolutely correct. The feelings are mutual. Edelkort insists that the future will define alliances and projects in which high-tech production and author's design, fast technology and "slow" crafts will come together.

Headphones, laptops, VR glasses ... Google is immersed in product design, taking on the design and manufacture of its own equipment.

The Google project in Milan is called Softwear, which reflects how technology and equipment can be integrated into interiors, among everyday objects and in various lifestyle scenarios.

The Google x Edelkoort project will have three rooms on the first floor of the famous Rossana Orlandi gallery. The first room includes a new audio-visual "catalog of life", created by Edelkort and her team. The second presents six unique wall panels by Dutch designer Kiki van Eyck, whom Edelkort commissioned to create textiles. Woven in Tilburg, they are based on collages from Google products. In the third room - the elements of the interior, which illustrate the fusion of technology and lifestyle.

Gallery Rossana Orlandi. Via Matteo Bandello, 14, from 17 to 22 April.
