While the whole world was shuddering at the pessimistic conclusions of the Kyoto conference on global warming, a good part of Russians were in their hearts happy even if they had very far prospects for a shorter winter and a warm long summer. What to hide, this time of year is most welcome, and it is on him that special hopes are placed. This is the time when you want to enjoy the sun, the warmth, the green color that falls from all sides and, of course, the colors, the appearance of which on city and country beds causes a feeling of tenderness and joy: they also survived the winter. And even if many scientists have already predicted global warming as pseudoscientific, I still want to believe that this myth will be embodied, at least within the framework of one country ... The opportunity to enjoy the gifts of this blessed and just begun time of the year has arrived to florists. Dutch flowers, of course, are good, but creating a composition from what has grown before your eyes and with your direct participation imposes on the master a special responsibility and gives rise to a careful attitude to the plant material. In all the works presented, one feels the spirit of the incoming heat, the sun glares are visible and the measured hum of the sea surf is heard. A restrained color scheme, sophistication and simplicity of forms leave no doubt that these compositions were created not on the temperamental Mediterranean coast, but on the cool Baltic. But this does not diminish their summer mood at all, but adjusts only to the fact that everything is just beginning. It is already possible, without shivering from the cold, to sit at the exquisitely decorated outdoor tables and admire the imagination and taste invested in their design. You can make indoor flowers on the street and vice versa, garden letniki place at home. The ratio of ornamental plants and wild plants is in favor of the latter, because the problems of ecology, and fashion trends dictate just such preferences. The arrows of garlic, which the “competent” gardeners cut off even before blooming, so that the crop did not suffer, look wonderful with purple inflorescences of lisianthus in a modern interior composition, once again demonstrating the interesting effect of unexpected combinations. The trend towards the richness of fantasy, as opposed to the richness of the assortment, can be traced absolutely in all areas of design and gives rise to works of this level. They are not shocking, but surprising, they are not defiantly unusual, but they are capable of riveting attention. They are calm, but very interesting. And this is a high-end design. And if on cold days we can bring into the house such a piece of nature, then the myth of warming will come true immediately. At least within the same house.
