In Assaggiatore two floors. The first floor is a cafe area with comfortable armchairs and soft sofas on the podium. On the walls are pictures of dishes prepared by chef Francesco Voche. In the classic frame, the TV is “masked”, and this ensemble is complemented by small watercolors, which were brought from Florence. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor. Unlike the ground floor, where there is more gold, the chocolate color prevails here. The main element of the decor of the second floor was the fireplace. As for the menu, the chef recommends octopus carpaccio with artichokes, vongole saute with tomato sauce and white wine, hot fish - Sicilian swordfish or filet mignon in truffle sauce, and for dessert - traditional profiteroles ice cream
