In the Brussels hotel Le Méridien updated the lobby. Changed not only the interior, but also the ideology

As you know, the first impression is the strongest. Marketers estimate: to love the hotel, you need exactly ten minutes. The first ten minutes will determine everything: whether the guest will like the hotel or not, whether it will be good here ... The Le Méridien hotel chain has taken this into account and has been implementing a special approach to the guest for several years. First, you launched the Arrival Experience program: on arrival you would fall into a special atmosphere woven from sounds and color combinations. Other hotels of the holding, W and Sheraton, developed this idea: at the first lobby they ceased to be faceless, walk-through rooms and turned into cozy, half-home living rooms, at the second there was a space Link @ Sheraton - a place where they meet, communicate. The new concept, which has just been implemented in Le Méridien Brussels, is called Le Méridien Hub and combines all the best that was in previous ones.

Egbert Buursink, general manager of the hotel, says: “The lobby of Le Méridien hotels is transformed into a meeting place where people can share their impressions and ideas. The goal of the program is to facilitate communication between guests. Accordingly, the lobby is divided into three parts - an entrance area with video projections in sound accompaniment, a lounge area with a library, which will serve as the main meeting and communication place, and the Latitude bar, where a skilled barista prepares coffee (in the evening it works like a wine collection) . For events - lectures, master classes, creative evenings - will attract cultural figures, both local and invited. For example, this fall, the hotel introduces the work of Munan Gater, an African artist living in Brussels. In addition to the hospitality at Le Méridien Brussels, a host of other benefits include tastefully decorated rooms, the L'Épicerie restaurant with French and Belgian cuisine, the Jermyn Street Street bar with champagne and a wonderful SPA center.
