About wellness club ELSE-club with a total area of ​​10,000 square meters architect Ernst-Ulrich Tillmans says so: "Here I tried to connect the four seasons architecturally. Turning from the pool area to the termis, you get from winter to spring. Leaving the fitness area, you change the bright summer to the autumn coloring of the SPA." ELSE-club is not just a wellness center. In addition to the aquazone, thermal complex, SPA areas and fitness, there is a beauty salon, Else café, a club room and a business center with underground parking. Else club all around Ernst-Ulrich Tillmans made large glass partitions, in which the names of the zones are written in large letters. These showcases are visible from afar, and therefore it becomes immediately clear where to go.

“The main thing is a modern and eco-friendly interior,” says the architect. “Therefore, for the construction and decoration I used avant-garde combinations of materials — glass and steel with natural wood, stone and even fur.” Granite was brought from Brazil, front lamella blinds - from Holland; bamboo flooring - from Italy; the tepidarium is made of black marble, brought from Italy; caldarium hamam - from the famous Carrara marble; Finnish sauna - abashi wood; panels in the baths - from alder; ceiling slats - from Siberian larch. A relaxation room "Golden Island", surrounded on all sides by water, is covered with gold leaf.

Virtually all designs in the club, the architect designed without straight and sharp corners. Beautiful bends of ladder-bridges, sloping ceiling, futuristic terms ... And all this in a different color and with designer lighting. The architect hid ventilation systems so important for such clubs in architectural elements invented by him. ELSE-club has a smart home system, there are robots that clean the pools, and even a huge waterfall onto which any image is projected.
