New Tallinn Bartenders School BarProf.ee is located in the former Liviko winery building. In small office premises they broke walls, designed a single space and divided it into zones with glass partitions. Students should be able to work in any kind of lighting. "The design also resembles a small cafe or club - pictures in the form of zebra stripes on the lockers, palm trees on green glass, tropical plants in the reception area. Only old brickwork in the meeting room designer Pratt Rudala decided to leave as a reminder of the old life of this building.
