International holding AZIMUT-BENETTI has recently opened on the territory of the Water Stadium complex a luxurious Royal Yacht Club with a total area of 12,000 square meters. This complex, built in 1937 by architect George Movchan, although it is an architectural monument, has never been restored. Now everything has become different here: the building of the old boat station, where the business center is located, looks in a new way, the spectator stands are being restored, from which water-motor competitions can be observed. In the entertainment complex Beach Club opened a cafe with a chic interior resembling a yacht. A sandy beach with designer furniture, a marina for 190 yachts, a large summer veranda overlooking the Khimki Reservoir, a covered area for corporate events for 650 people and numerous barbecue places - all this can now be “mastered” without leaving Moscow.
