"And where else could a person go from a big and noisy city? Of course, to the forest, to nature. There, in the forest, you can have a picnic." This phrase served as an incentive to create the interior of the restaurant "Firewood" (Myasnitskaya str. 24). The name appeared associatively and is associated with the abundance of wood in a huge room, where under the ceiling there are whole piles, resembling bundles of firewood. The authors themselves ironically call their work "designer toy - the forest." Absolutely free space reveals the design and technological techniques to visitors. Here you can see how wooden slats are attached to the ceiling, to consider designs of intricate moving compositions, an interesting staircase leading to the upper floor. Thanks to these techniques, there is a feeling of a certain theatricality, which is reinforced by the visitor chairs (by the way, everything is at number 24). Environmentally friendly style of this interior is beyond doubt. Here only natural materials were used: wood, stone, brick. The restaurant's atmosphere is a bit like the old days, the times of extravagant gentlemen with their love of hunting and chic picnics in nature.
