At the architects "N.ORT-studio" There were several advantages at once when designing an office in the center of Novosibirsk. Firstly, it was the top floor of a newly rebuilt building. Secondly, six-meter ceilings and panoramic glazing of the facade. "We were given the task of making an elite office for the managers of a large company,” says the architect Sergey Chertkov. - The total area of the office - 330 square meters - includes a reception room, a large meeting room, the office of the general director with a rest room and the office of his deputy. Using such a height of space, we made small glass steps that “cantilever” protrude from the wall. By them you can climb the glass platform and, comfortably seated in the transforming chair, “hover” above the space that opens beyond the panoramic facade. We turned the metal frame, which is an important element of the building structure, into a “trunk and branches of a tree”. We achieved this by applying several layers of plaster, revealing plastic bends with mosaic and implanting "stained-glass branches". This contemporary space is complemented by designer furniture from IL LOFT, ROLF BENZ, POLTRONA WOMAN, светandльнandкand MODULARbra FABBIAN and accessories from companies LAM LEE and BOSA".
