The area of this apartment is "only" 300 square meters, but the loft theme is immaculately embodied in the interior: the form is based on constructive Tivist hints, and the content is on "smart" technologies. There is an interior culture that is very close to me, ”says designer Yuri Motienko. - It is characterized by an individual, memorable image and open, extended, even somewhat empty spaces. In our interior market, there are few such premises. "One of the reasons is that people consider this irrational use of the living space. Well, judge for yourself: an apartment, for example, 700 m2, 500 of them, as a man in the street would say, are given "under no reason." This house has a total area of 300 m2 the living room occupies 170. But is it not the essence of luxury to afford something beyond what is necessary? And here in the same row are "extra" square meters, bold design solutions, high quality of life. The latter component requires an excellent organization, so it’s not at all surprising that everything in this apartment is organized super rationally - from planning to smart stuffing. From the beginning all the partitions were broken here and thus the unfortunate proportions were abolished. Two conditional triangles, superimposed on each other, became the basis of the new plan and determined the location in space of functional zones. In the tops of the triangles are the main areas: home theater, winter garden, fireplace, kitchen and dining room, business negotiations. “The apartment, in my opinion, is the habitat, and only,” says the designer. “Its spiritual center is a man. In the interior, as I understand it, everything should be subordinated to simple principles: convenience, practicality, calm, balanced aesthetics. By the way, if we talk about the aesthetics of this interior, then the influence of constructivism is felt here. " The large architectural forms, which are emphasized here - “constructivist” beams and columns - are stylistically exactly matched by Le Corbusier’s furniture. All the "vital" processes of this apartment are regulated by a computer. It is difficult to do without the "intelligent manager" for the simple reason that the distances would have to be covered enormous just to reach the switch. It is more reasonable to install the smart home system and give commands to the electronic dispatcher using a portable liquid crystal control panel. This Kiev apartment was no exception. Wonderful of its kind also because it is one hundred percent self-sufficient - it has its own autonomous life support system. So if apartments are extreme individualists, then this is exactly the case.Yuri Motienko: “This apartment is my interpretation of the loft theme. We have practically no such interiors in Kiev, they are considered irrational. This apartment, for example, is 300 m2and the living room in it is 170. But, in my opinion, such spaces have their rationalism and their own rules. "
