Heimtextil: in the midst of matter

The largest exhibition of textiles: a lot of shades, patterns, textures, impressions and emotions. Eclecticism in the style of the turn of the millennia has enabled designers to look both to the future and turn to decorative motifs of the past.

Старинные рисунки воссозданы и в тканях Premier I (DURALEE FABRICS) и Broccato Venezia (LUIGI BEVILACQUA VENEZIA). TASSINARI & CHATEL (LELIEVRE), - Meillant - follows the floristic motifs of the time of Louis XV. And the FADINI BORGHI and KOBE fabrics are made according to the canons of classicism, which favorably emphasizes the refined texture of the fabrics. Nostalgia for retro XX century - one of the most fashionable trends. Velvet Minsk (RUBELLI) made in three colors. A strict geometric pattern is quite rare, however, graphic loops and strip (DEDAR), cell (SATI), colored circles and their halves (Kenzo Maison collection, manufacturer LELIEVRE) still popular. A remarkable invention of technologists-magicians can be considered fabrics- "chameleons". They remain in the spotlight: the new models are presented by famous "couturier" factories. JAB, RUBELLI, RASCH, CHRISTIAN FISCHBACHER, SATI, CASTELLO DEL BARRO, SAHCO HESSLEIN et al. The Heittextil 2002 exhibition hit was a collection of iridescent fabrics by the French designer Dominique Kieffer for RUBELLI. Flickering with 21 colors, poplin with a variety of textures (up to pleating) "absorbed" all shades of Normandy hydrangeas and sunsets that can be seen from the New Bridge in Paris. And on the installations "There is no way to individuality. Individuality is the way", the latest models of leading designers and manufacturers were demonstrated.
