A new restaurant in the center of Moscow has an unusual name - “Yernik”. In fact, for the authors of the idea and the owners of this institution of Yulia Vysotskaya and Andrey Konchalovsky, this word personifies a certain freedom of thought and personality brightness. That is why 12 portraits of the great “ernikov” appeared in the interior.
American ar-deko - this is how the author of the project defines the style of the restaurant. “Yernik” is conditionally divided into classic zones - entrance group, kitchen zone and main hall. “Special wishes of customers,” says the author of the project Maria Kriçevskaya, - it was necessary to design a bar counter near the entrance group, so that guests, waiting for a table, could drink a cup of coffee. Along the large windows we made stained glass windows with the image of the Empire State Building in New York. At first glance, the tables in the “Yernik” are cramped, but this is the European approach to space planning - when in a small room you can sit quite comfortably in many people. There is a very comfortable long sofa installed along one of the walls. The chairs are covered with pistachio velvet, the sofas are upholstered in purple velvet, the chairs, puffs and pillows are made of jacquard. On the windows are Roman curtains of double-layer fabric, which create a moire effect. ” All the furniture in the restaurant is made according to the designs of the author of the project. The furniture is artificially old, tables with brass overlays and inlays create an impression of things with history. The walls are covered with micro-cement, imitating concrete, the floor is made of aged solid oak wood. It should be said that the unique dishes according to the recipes of Julia Vysotskaya are prepared by the chef from England.
