Cool gray-blue and muted gold — a modern interpretation of the classic color combination in the dining room according to the project of Jana Roberts

Blue is cold, there is a lot of gray in it, it is the color of the northern sky. Golden — muffled, dull, dull. One could not violate this soft palette of golden autumn by introducing here, for example, furniture made of honey oak. But in this case, the decorator had another task — to bring in drama and rigidity.
So in this interior appeared black furniture and some white "spots". In general, such a color palette ideally corresponds to the chosen style (and this is the modern interpretation of art deco), while for classical — neo-baroque or empire — still the best recipe is a combination of royal blue and bright gold.
