Стandль нового ресторана Asia Hall архandтекторы Andrey Khashkhayan and Andrey Tsygankov defined as asian fusion ...

As it should be in Asian restaurants, Asia Hall is replete with decor. Carved wooden partitions, oriental lamps and vases of different shapes, prints depicting oriental beauties ... There is even a murmuring waterfall, a large marble table for 12 people with a burning "fireplace" in the middle, wooden sculptures of dragons, embossed golden columns and much, much another. All this beauty is balanced by large floor-to-ceiling display windows, a batten wooden ceiling, stainless steel shelves and ... a modern open kitchen. By the way, all the wooden details of the decor - and the columns, and the ceiling, and the shelves, and the bar, and the ceilings - are made according to the author's sketches.

The Asia Hall consists of several zones - an entrance with a bar, a distribution (or, as the architects themselves call it, a transit zone), a round VIP-hall with a fireplace, which is central in this restaurant. The architects placed the main hall with designer velvet sofas on the podium.

Asian cuisine here is represented by two menus - Japanese and Singaporean. From dishes prepared by a Singaporean chef, you should try the traditional Tom Yam soup with seafood, duck breast cooked in the oven with the addition of a special honey and orange sauce, crispy rolls of pork and shrimp with chestnut and Hoishin sauce. Well, for dessert you can order the Orizabo cake made from milk chocolate with caramel and “Li Ji” tea with fresh mango.
