The Bublik cafe and the Melodiya bar have recently opened in a historic building in the very center of Moscow.

The old building in disrepair, with dilapidated floors, with the lack of utilities, the architects had to be completely restored. A basement was built, a framework of steel beams reinforced ceilings, walls, made new stairs. Two different places - the cafe "Bublik" and the bar "Melody" - are located on the same floor. True, they have different entrances. In the cafe "Bublik" fresh bread and buns are baked right in front of the visitors thanks to the designed open kitchen. In the basement there is a karaoke room and staff rooms. The architects retained the old brick walls, made the classic framing of windows and slopes, hung sconces of molten glass on the walls. In the bar "Melody" as well as in the cafe "Bublik", classic elements of decor are combined with modern. Center "Melodies" - a bar in the form of a snail, which as it wraps around steel columns. RGB lights are made on the outer surface of the rack from the floor, the same lights are integrated into the ceiling caissons. Thanks to such lighting, the interior changes color from orange-red to blue-green tones.
