Since childhood, I dreamed of living in this house on Moskovsky Prospect. I love Moscow Avenue itself, and besides, here, in this house, there has always been (he is now) a pet shop. The pet store, as I thought when I was a child, is the best place in the world! I still love animals and birds, which is not difficult to guess, drawing attention to some details of the decor of my apartment. My dream came true four years ago: we bought a large apartment here, a former communal flat. The question arose, in what style do the interior. Everyone has different tastes: my son, for example, loves minimalism, my mother - neoclassical. In addition, we inherited antique furniture, which we wanted to put in a new apartment, antique gizmos, which my great-grandmother used. It is clear that the decision had to be non-standard. My interior is rather a play in styles, a play with things and objects. I wanted the apartment to have a lot of light and air (as in the minimalist space). And at the same time so that it is warm and cozy (here you can’t recall the classic). And also, which is very important for me, that the apartment should be handmade. In general, in the houses that I make for my customers, there is always a lot of manual work. This inspires the interior. In my own apartment, the paintings were made by Marina Eshanu, the plaster by Andrei Mitrofanov. I used different plaster textures to zone the space, designate cozy corners ... By the way, the “chicken” decor made according to my sketches also serves this task. Why chickens? The fact is that I am a famous chicken lover and kuroyed. I treat friends with all kinds of dishes from chickens. In general, for the Russian family, I think the main thing is the kitchen. It was and remains. Therefore, we have such a layout: from the hallway, you first enter the kitchen-dining room, then into the living room and bedrooms. Another bed was able to organize in the second level - the height of the ceilings allowed. The house is old, built in 1903, and the height of the ceilings in some places reached four meters. We exposed the beams, opened the windows - made the openings wider, but all this inside, without touching the facade. Beams and bricks are successfully combined with antiques, while the apartment has air, there is a touching man-made. As a result, all three generations of my family are happy here ...
