St. Petersburg is a business metropolis. He dictates his rhythm of life to us, which from year to year becomes ever more intense. And the more difficult life is, the more we value such a thing as “home”. The house is not just a place to live. This is a place where we are calm and comfortable. You can buy a house in the village, but it is unlikely to suit the business citizen. And finding a place for a separate building in the city is a very difficult and expensive problem. In addition, a person is a “social being,” and only a few are capable of completely closing in an autonomous “comfortable sink”. This form of a modern dormitory like a condominium helps to get out of the situation. In addition to the legal aspect, it implies the creation of a residential complex that has all the necessary components of a high standard of living. That's it in this oasis of modern comfort and the apartment is, which will be discussed. Apartments with a total area of ​​200 m² intended for a family of 3-4 people. After the reconstruction, the number of rooms remained the same: living room, dining room, kitchen, nursery, bedroom, bathroom and gym. The only thing that has undergone major changes is the dark entrance hall. In its place a spacious hall appeared, separated from the rooms by light stained-glass partitions. The end wall of the hall, which has a portal ledge, is decorated with large mirrors. Such design solutions helped to visually reveal the space of the former hallway, let in the light from the adjacent rooms. The main coloristic motif of the whole interior is already set in the hall. Emotional comfort of the apartment is largely associated with pleasant combinations of warm colors and shades. In the intimate zone of the apartment there is also a nursery and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the master bedroom there is light and space. And in the evening, when the blinds hide the window, multi-colored lights of a large ceiling are lit like stars in the bed above the bed. Along the corridor, illuminated by verticals of fluorescent lamps, we return to the hall. On the other side of the hall, the architect arranged the representation zone, thus isolating it from intimate rooms. Before us is the living room, kitchen and dining room. Here the architect adhered to the main principle of the organization of guest space - the principle of openness of all rooms. This plan corresponds to a single color scheme. The living room is the largest and most spacious room. Four large windows fill it with daylight. In the evening, the lighting can be selected depending on your mood. A small floor lamp of coral color will create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Uniform, but dim light will be presented with small light bulbs embedded in the ceiling. A solemnity will give the situation two large frosted chandeliers. A special touch in the decor of the living room makes a graphic pattern of curtains. Comfortable sofas around the glass table have both a business conversation and friendly communication. Undoubtedly, the attention of the guests will attract paintings, the collection of which the owners are interested. The suite of rooms in the guest area continues the kitchen. It is separated from the living room by a vertical partition with small squares of “window-shelves”. Convenience and functionality - these qualities are the basis for the organization of kitchen space. Nevertheless, the ease and spaciousness inherent in the whole apartment reign here too. The theme of blue, stated in the living room, is continued by kitchen furniture. A small table at which the family has breakfast, nestled by the window. And the hosts organize ceremonial dinners in the dining room. Red and blue upholstery of chairs, bright pattern of curtains, decorative vases - the color variety informs the interior of a relaxed festivity. It is good to live in a city like Petersburg. But too often it rains here, and the tensions of business life continually knock us off balance. Therefore, the feeling of joyful relaxation and comfort, which the architect managed to create in this apartment, is invaluable and precious.
