The White Rabbit holding once again pleases metropolitan gourmands - in Moscow, in the Smolensky Passage building, the Chef's Table restaurant has opened.

Chef's Table - the restaurant of the author, and if more precisely the "chef's" cuisine - the White Rabbit chef, experienced Vladimir Mukhin, is responsible for it. He is assisted by invited “residents”: Dmitry Blinov (Duo Gastrobar, St. Petersburg) and George Troyan (“Northerner”, Moscow). In the future, the circle of chefs is planned to expand. The menu Chef's Table - the author's gastronomy, which promise to update once a week.

The format of the institution is extremely intimate - only one large table for 15 guests. The table is essentially a continuation of the kitchen, so that visitors have the opportunity to observe the birth of gastronomic masterpieces. The interiors of the restaurant were developed by the Moscow bureau Msk17 (architects: Katerina Vinogradova and Alexander Volkov). Initially, the room was part of an old mansion, today hidden by the modern “lining” of the passage building. It was decided to retain the original brick walls and smoothly rounded vaulted ceilings, partially overlapping them with a brass structure in which the hoods are located. The center of the composition is a U-shaped table with a thin table top. The smallness of the place is emphasized by the author’s small torch fixtures located along the perimeter of the table. It is planned that Chef's Table will work in the evening by prior booking.
