none " /> The owner of the house attracted Art Deco. Of course, he did not want the style in its pure form, it was about the individual elements - first of all, luxurious finishes mostly dark color. Understanding what he wants, he at the same time fully trusted our taste and choice. So in this regard, the object was easy. The customer prefers American brands, loves their size and comfort, so we used furniture from Baker, Ralph Lauren, Holly Hunt, Christopher Guy. They were supplemented with sophisticated things by the French brand Christian Liaigre - they combined, it would seem, incompatible.
Holly Hunt tables are made in dark walnut decoration - the same as that presented on the doors and baseboards. Sofas Baker. In the background are Christopher Guy armchairs, The Rug Company carpet. On the wall - the work of Sergei Kalinin Le Moulin VIII, 2012. X., m. 200 x 260 cm. Rich lacquering, expensive leather - these are the accents that help create an Art Deco atmosphere, but do not turn the house into a museum where it is scary to touch anything. Our house is absolutely residential, warm and cozy. American furniture, as if a bit "shabby", with age, it will become even more beautiful and richer. The suite is inseparable from the functionality - in my opinion, this is the main trend in today's design. Apart from the fact that the finish is made of expensive materials, it should be easy to use, and complex engineering systems that provide comfort are invisible in the interior.
The cinema is a design museum: it presents the classic chairs of Ch. And R. Eames, which are produced by Vitra. All components of the project are set to the situation "here and now." Wait thirty years until your park grows, at the current pace is impossible. Therefore, we create landscape solutions from already grown thirty to fifty-year-old trees grown in Germany. For one or two years, the customer receives a fully finished home in this old park. ”
Gallery overlooking the two-light living room. The project continues the tradition of the Architectural Bureau PHD, Philosophy of Design: to create a fully finished object, to work not only on the house, but also on the exterior. An area of 2.5 hectares combines a planned and natural landing: the regular park gradually turns into the wild nature of the Moskva River. The architects collaborated with the best European nurseries Bruns and Van den Berk: birches were brought from Holland, pines and bonsai from Germany.
The drawing of stair railings is distinguished by its special grace. The main types of wood, as usual in the works of Lana, a little - walnut and eben. However, they are disclosed to the maximum. Playing on their combination, as well as combinations of radial and tangential cuts, we managed to achieve a variety of finishes. The house is decorated with characteristic geometric art deco ornaments. “The drawing of the frieze in the two-light living room was“ pulled out ”from textiles, which is in the same room: having increased the size, we recreated it in wood and bronze. Transferred ornaments and stone. To create a feeling of even richer texture and emphasize the geometry, polished bronze inserts were added to the stone pattern.
The master bathroom is faced with marble Dina Venato. Frieze combines two types of stone and stainless steel, polished to a mirror finish. There is a mosaic carpet on the floor (performance: “Yarkamen”). Doors and furniture: Meritalia on request. Moma Design bathtub, THG mixers. Corbett Lighting fixtures. In the project, many items made in a single copy to order by Meritalia. “Thanks to such professionals, you can freely design any furniture, feeling like a creator. They hear and understand the architect. Unfortunately, this year the factory owner Giulio Enrico Meroni passed away (he was awarded a gold medal for his contribution to the economy of Italy). His son Stefano continues to cooperate with us. ”
Pool. “We painted the ornament and chose colors, and our partners, the Russian mosaicists, brought the idea to life,” says the architect. Gender: tic with neoprene inserts. Curtains made of cloth for wet rooms, furniture Dedon. Large areas are provided in the house for recreation areas: there is a sauna, a hammam with aromatherapy, a magnificent pool equipped with a cascade and a hydromassage. “Contrary to stereotypes, we created a semblance of a casket: the floors, walls and ceilings were sheathed in wood. It is treated with special impregnations and fully prepared for extreme operation. ”
