The original construction was very simple: the house had two floors, the layout did not include dressing rooms and utility rooms, there were no terraces and a pool. Turning to Yury, the project has increased significantly in scale. The two-story building has become a three-story building, and the area of the house was further increased by the open terraces and swimming pool. The designer broke the static symmetry of the facades, moving the porch to the corner of the house, and made three cascading terraces going down to the pool. White concrete walls, according to his sketches, “revived” with wooden inserts. Changes have occurred in the organization of space. Yuri modified the layout of the building, making it more functional and convenient to use. In the basement, he placed a sauna, home theater and utility rooms that do not require natural lighting. On the ground floor organized a kitchen, dining room, living room and guest rooms. On the second - the master bedroom, nursery and office. The third floor of the house is designed for relaxation: there is a seating area, a bar and an exit to the upper terrace.
The owners decided to design the interior of the house in the style of modern minimalism. At the same time, the house does not look too simple: the author compensated for the laconism of the forms and the sterility of the white color scheme with natural materials with a beautiful natural pattern - colored marble, onyx, dark walnut. Dilute this classic set of elements of chromed metal. They decorated the columns of the third floor and the stairs between the levels. By the way, the brilliant metal appeared in this interior almost by accident: in some places there was not enough marble. Yuri himself says about this that problems arising during construction often go to the project only for the benefit. The main thing is to look at them easier and try to turn disadvantages into advantages.
