If the fate of a brick wall was in your hands, try to find an individual approach to it, without rushing to finish. Of course, you can completely plaster it, that is, turn it into a regular wall. Or leave the brickwork as it is, thereby adding a bit of brutality to the interior. Compromise option - to cover it with a thin layer of white plaster. So, to make it softer, but at the same time preserve the characteristic texture. This wall provides more opportunities for interior decoration. It can be a great background for classics, and for ethnics, and for minimalism. And even better to mix it all for greater ease. For example, wallpaper a la Chinoiserie with a modern armchair or floor lamp in the style ar deko .

Loft workshops converted from factory premises at one time clearly demonstrated that the brickwork is the perfect background for painting, drawing and other artifacts. Successful decorator reception - instead of the usual hanging, put a few paintings on the floor, leaning them against the wall. The rough texture emphasizes the graceful shape and smooth to shine the surface of objects. But no less beautiful on her background are worn vintage or artificially aged things.

The same with the color palette, which in this case can be both contrast and soft. Next to the white wall, and brick, including, bright furniture and works of pop art are feeling great. And if you choose a complex muted shades, you get a less spectacular, but more subtle interior.
