All resort towns can be combined according to three signs: a lot of sun, it is warm all year round and the sea splashes almost at the windows. The interiors created in them have their own characteristics. Designing one of the apartments in Sochi, the designer Anna Shemuratova made an emphasis on color, contrasting textures and an elegant combination of classic and modern elements of decor, which gave the interior lightness and airiness

“The apartment on the Black Sea coast was conceived as a place to rest,” says the designer. “Therefore, we decided not to overload the space with unnecessary partitions and combined living room, dining and kitchen areas. This added air to the interior and visually increased the space of the public zone. In Sochi, there are many light, and the entire apartment is penetrated by the sun's rays. They are reflected from the glossy surface of the floor tile, are scattered by bunnies on the shiny stretch ceilings, are refracted in the glass surface of the shop window and in huge windows It plays in placers of crystals on chandeliers, on kitchen fronts and curtains. Such an abundance of light combined with white made the interior light and transparent. To enhance this effect, we specially picked up white chairs with carved backs, elegant metal chairs with leather seats, lamps with curved lines of forged parts, chandeliers with crystal pendants, glass showcase framed with carved baguette. Bright light needed to be softened, to emphasize its warmth, which we did with the help of matte surfaces: the coiled squares of the floor tile were divided by wide, rough stripes, and in the living room, bathroom and bedrooms they were covered with fluffy white carpets; the glossy stretch ceiling is underlined by a dull rust (this technique also made it possible to visually increase the height of the ceiling); when choosing upholstered furniture opted for matte leather. Working on the color scheme of the interior, we realized that one white would not be enough, and we decided to choose companion colors for it, for each room its own. Turquoise - for the living room, purple and beige - for the bedrooms, grass-green - for the bathroom. Considering the customer's love of turquoise color, he was given a leading role in decorating the living room, kitchen and dining area areas: wallpaper with ornaments, curtains and veil tops, pillows on the couch and chairs. Bright color accents added by us revived the interior, making it even more refined.

An important role in the interior was played by the details. There are huge mirror doors of the cabinets that visually enlarged the space, and a column in the living room decorated as a floor vase for flowers, and a lot of purple crystals on the bedroom ceiling imitating a starry sky. Stained-glass windows with palm fronds became one of the bright interior finds. There are two such "windows": between the bedroom and the hall and between the bathroom and the living room. Their secret is in translucency: ordinary glass on one side of the stained glass, and white matte on the other. A special illumination located between the glasses allows you to see the silhouette of palm leaves on the reverse side of the stained glass window. So, standing in the shower, it is easy to imagine yourself, for example, under a tropical downpour. And the fashionable cotton curtain hiding the stained glass window from the side of the bedroom makes the feeling of the presence of a window at the head of the bed even more real. "

Project author Anna Shemuratova: "The abundance of white color made it possible to relax from the diversity of everyday life, immerse yourself in your own thoughts. Given the customer's love of turquoise, the main focus in the living room is on its cold shades, which allowed to achieve the effect of coolness. Speaking of style, this is most likely light fusion, in which we have mixed elements of classic and modern "
